Paul Skelton, Skelton Design has over 25 years of experience in all facets of mountain operations. Paul discovered this area in the 1980s while backcountry skiing and has been involved with Revelstoke Mountain Resort for over four years, coordinating the design and construction of the ski area.
Perkins Design Associates with offices in Point Richmond, California (San Francisco Bay Area), has an extensive background in resort design. The principal, Steven Perkins, has over 22 years of experience. Steven was a Senior Associate with Eldon Beck Associates, a company involved in the design of many of the most successful mountain resort villages in North America, including Vail, Whistler and Tremblant and more recently, Mammoth in California and Garibaldi in Squamish.
Raymond Letkeman Architects Inc is one of the most respected resort architects in North America. His firm has been designing prestigious ski and golf communities for over 26 years. He has worked on major projects in Florida, California, Mexico and Hawaii as well as Whistler and Big White.
Enkon Environmental Limited is responsible for the review process and environmental management planning. Enkon has extensive experience completing impact analyses and obtaining approvals for ski resorts under the Commercial Alpine Ski Policy (CASP). Enkon's recent projects include the Callaghan Valley Master Plan 2010 Olympic Nordic Center Venues and the Cypress Provincial Park Snowboard and Aerial Venues, West Vancouver, BC; Kicking Horse Expansion, Golden, BC; and the proposed Garibaldi Ski Resort in Squamish, BC.
SE Group (formerly Sno-engineering) with offices in Utah, Colorado, Vermont and Washington, has been involved in a number of projects in Western Canada including Master Planning for Whistler Resort, developing new guidelines for ski areas in Banff and Jasper National Parks, and preparing the Mountain Master Plan for the proposed Garibaldi ski resort at Squamish and the Mountain Master Plan for the new Tamarack, Idaho, ski resort.
North Construction is an extreme-terrain builder who has installed ski lifts and constructed mountain roads at Cypress Bowl and Whistler/Blackcomb, and has worked on various other projects on the Sea to Sky corridor between West Vancouver and Whistler.

IDS works collaboratively with partner firms, providing a multi-disciplinary approach to complex projects.
